About Our Client Onze klant is een grote organisatie actief in de constructiesector, gevestigd in het noorden van Antwerpen. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het beheren en ontwikkelen van diverse constructieprojecten en staan bekend om hun professionele aanpak en innovatieve oplossingen. Job Description Als HEAD OF PROCUREMENT zijn je verantwoordelijkheden : Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van strategische inkoopplannen; Het beheren van leveranciersrelaties en onderhandelen over contracten; Zorgen voor naleving van interne en externe inkooprichtlijnen; Analyseren van inkoopdata om kosten te optimaliseren; Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om projectdoelen te bereiken; Toezicht houden op het inkoopbudget en rapporteren over de voortgang; Leiden en coachen van het inkoopteam (5tal fte); Identificeren van kansen voor procesverbeteringen en innovaties. The Successful Applicant Als HEAD OF PROCUREMENT heb je het volgende profiel : U heeft een hoger diploma in een relevant vakgebied zoals engineering en/of bedrijfskunde, of equivalent; U heeft bij voorkeur ervaring in de constructiesector; U heeft een sterke technische affiniteit; U beschikt over sterke onderhandelingsvaardigheden en analytisch inzicht; U bent vertrouwd met ERP-systemen en inkoopsoftware; U spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels, kennis van Frans is een pluspunt; U bent een resultaatgerichte leider met uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden.
