De QHSSE Dienst bewaakt het beleid betreffende Kwaliteit (Quality), Gezondheid (Health), Veiligheid (Safety), Beveiliging (Security) en Milieu (Environment). Op zowel civiele, bagger-, milieu als offshore projecten wereldwijd geeft de afdeling ondersteuning bij de implementatie, het beheersen en het verbeteren van het QHSSE Management System. Your Role
Als Kwaliteitsadviseur / Ingenieur beheer je kwaliteitszaken in de Prekwalificatie, Aanbesteding en vroege opstartfase voor verschillende projecten vanuit een team. Je streeft er voortdurend naar om het evenwicht te bewaren tussen kwaliteit, kosten en tijdschema, met respect voor ons Jan De Nul Group Management System, de vereisten van de klant en de (lokale) wetgeving.
Een greep uit je takenpakket als Quality Advisor:
- Evalueren van de verschillende uitvoeringstechnieken vanuit het oogpunt van kwaliteit.
- Beoordelen van potentiële leveranciers en onderaannemers (op basis van inspecties en audits) en assisteren bij hun selectie.
- Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van (interne en externe) audits en opvolgen van de daaraan verbonden acties.
- Monitoren van het Project Kwaliteitsplan en het Project Kwaliteitshandboek en opstellen van inspectie- en testplannen (ITP) in samenwerking met de betrokken afdelingen.
- Identificeren en melden van mogelijke en reële kwaliteitsproblemen met betrekking tot het project aan de Project Manager.
- Voorbereiden van projectspecifieke kwaliteitsdocumenten (projectuitvoeringsplan, inspectie- en testplan) in aanbestedingsfase en ondersteunen van het projectteam tijdens de uitvoeringsfase.
- Naleving van het systeem opvolgen, afwijkingen identificeren en verbetermogelijkheden voorstellen.
- Onregelmatigheden doorgeven en proactief verbeteringen voorstellen.
Wat heb je nodig?
Je hebt een Ingenieursdiploma in een technische richting en bij voorkeur heb je een aanvullende opleiding genoten op het vlak van Veiligheid, Kwaliteit en Gezondheid. Een goede kennis van het Nederlands is essentieel. Je hebt enige ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen. We kijken uit naar iemand met een pragmatische aanpak die zowel onze klanten als onze medewerkers in het veld en het projectmanagement kan motiveren. Je werk is nauwkeurig en methodisch, maar creativiteit en passie zijn ook onmisbaar in de job.
