What does a Senior Sales Lead at Expleo do
Reporting directly to the Country Manager, you will be responsible for the Life Science industry:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through a variety of channels including industry conferences, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach. Target key decision-makers within the Life Science environment.
- Profitability Management: Guarantee the profitability of your profit center and identify axes of improvement to develop it.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline. Use CRM tools to track prospects, manage sales activities, and forecast sales performance accurately.
- Customized Solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and challenges. Develop tailored solutions and proposals that address these needs and deliver measurable results.
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead complex negotiations with clients, securing favorable terms and conditions. Close deals efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales agreements and high levels of customer satisfaction.
How we imagine our future Senior Sales Lead
- You have a first experience in Sales, Business Development, or other customer-facing roles in the Pharmaceutical or Life Science environment.
- You have a passion for entrepreneurship and a keen interest in business development.
- You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are proactive, strong-willed, dynamic, and results-oriented.
- You are a gifted communicator and the achievement of results motivates you more than anything else.
- You enjoy a stimulating work environment and are not afraid to contribute ideas to make a difference.
- You have a Master's degree in business-related fields or engineering.
- You speak English fluently; French and Dutch are a plus.
