Vos Missions : Au cœur de la Data et du GMP Vous ferez le lien entre la production, le contrôle qualité et l'ingénierie pour documenter les campagnes de production clinique. Votre rôle dépasse la simple rédaction : vous devez faire parler les données. Rédaction de rapports de campagnes (Post-Production) : Compiler, analyser et synthétiser les données techniques pour clore les campagnes de production. Data Management & Analyse (Excel) : Extraire les données des dossiers de lots ("Batch Records"), calculer les rendements et créer des représentations graphiques précises (ex: profils de chromatographie, courbes de culture) pour intégration dans les rapports. Coordination transverse : Piloter les cycles de révision avec les experts métiers (SME), le QA et l'équipe Analytique. Support Qualité : Participer ponctuellement à l'évaluation d'impact des déviations techniques (GMP). Profil Recherché : Les Indispensables (Must-Have) Attention, les prérequis ci-dessous sont stricts. Niveau d'études : Titulaire impératif d'un Master ou Doctorat (PhD) (Biotech, Biochimie, Ingénierie ou Pharma). Les profils Bacheliers ne seront pas retenus. Expertise Downstream : Compréhension solide des procédés de purification (Chromatographie, Ultrafiltration/Diafiltration). Maîtrise Excel Avancée : Vous êtes très à l'aise avec la manipulation de larges sets de données, les formules et la création de graphiques techniques. Expérience GMP : 3 à 5 ans d'expérience confirmée en environnement pharmaceutique ou biotech. Langues : Anglais : Niveau expert (rédaction des rapports techniques). Français : Courant (lecture des dossiers de lots et communication quotidienne). Les "Plus" qui feront la différence Connaissance des procédés Upstream (Culture cellulaire). Expérience en Tech Transfer ou en production clinique. Modalités Environnement : Hybride (Télétravail possible pour la rédaction / Présence sur site requise pour la consultation des données sources et réunions clés).
