Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen the Cronos Europa team. The role involves supporting IT security service management, assisting users, and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and operational efficiency.Location: Near-site (accessible within 2 hours from Brussels) - Remote work possible.Occasional on-site presence required for meetings.Responsibilities:Analysis of Business requirements.Documentation of Business requirements.Business model analysis.Business process analysis.Business processes modelling.Functional requirements and business cases analysis.Risk analysis.Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.Participate as speaker in conferences or event, sometimes abroad Belgium, to present DPP state of playProviding business knowledge for the organisation and implementation of user acceptance testing or for troubleshooting the system or addressing incidents.Assisting the Helpdesk function by providing business knowledge in the policy areas within his/her area of responsibility.Meet policy officers, present the DPP, understand their needs and analyse if and how DPP could play a role.
