Responsibilities- Handling phone calls and emails: responding to the customer's inquiries and intervening parties.
- Gathering information and checking the data for accuracy and completeness.
- Providing technical support and communicating with workshops.
- Updating the customer and all other parties involved.
- Monitoring and controlling agreements with all parties involved.
- Follow-up of all contract-related issues within the established deadlines.
- Working from Monday until Friday (being flexible to work on a Saturday in busy periods).
For this job, we are looking for someone who has the following knowledge, experience, and skills:
Knowledge and Experience
- Language: Dutch (proficient) & English (proficient). Every additional language is a plus.
- Technical knowledge (automotive, tyres, etc.) is a plus.
- No specific experience required.
Skills
- Communicate effectively over the phone.
- Problem analysis and problem solving.
- Customer- and results-oriented.
- Accurate and high work standard.
- Multitasker and stress resistant.
