Head of Clinical Solutions and Validation

This international team explores future clinical user needs, ensures clinically relevant proton therapy product evolutions in collaboration with users and internal stakeholders. They support customers in making best use out of their system at the service of patients.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Master degree or above in (bio-)medical science, engineering or a related field.
- 5-10 years experience in healthcare industry with experience in radiation therapy.
- Fluent in English. French is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence an organization in a multi-disciplinary context.
- Ability to communicate with different levels and functions in the organization and with users.
- Willingness to travel 10-15%.
