To support us in this mission, we are currently looking for a Project Management Officer for our Power department. If you have strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset, and an interest in the telecom sector, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Power Project Management Officer, you will play a key supporting role in our Power team, ensuring that administrative and coordination tasks run smoothly. You’ll help our project managers focus on their technical responsibilities by taking ownership of daily operational and administrative duties.

This position offers a dynamic mix of communication, organization, and follow-up responsibilities, ideal for someone detail-oriented, service-minded, and eager to grow in a fast-paced telecom environment. This role is essential to maintaining a safe and productive work environment for our employees and partners.

Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and organizational support to the Power Project Managers. Schedule and plan appointments with power distributors and other partners. Proactively request and follow up on offers from power distributors. Maintain and update project-related documentation, databases, and files.

Track and monitor contracts, invoices, and delivery schedules related to electricity connections. Ensure clear communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. Prepare meeting notes, reports, and follow-up actions for the team. Support internal project coordination and reporting processes.

Take initiative to identify administrative bottlenecks and propose process improvements.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally with interest or background in telecommunications or technical environments. Prior experience in an administrative, project management officer, or personal assistant role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills: capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently. Fluency in English, French and Dutch.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to give and receive feedback, and collaborate across departments. High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work. Proactive approach: anticipates needs and takes initiative. Proficient with MS Office and general digital tools.
