Dan is de rol van Technical Support Engineer voor onze klant te Vilvoorde misschien wel jouw volgende grote stap. What's in it for ME? High-tech automotive omgeving Je krijgt de kans om wekelijks zelf te mogen sleutelen aan de complexe cases in het diagnose center. Elke dag werk je met techniek op topniveau. Vanop afstand diagnoses stellen, complexe storingen tackelen in het Diagnose Center, coderen, flashen, ADAS-kalibraties, HV-batterijen... Je werkt met apparatuur waar veel technici alleen maar van dromen. Warm team & korte lijnen Een team waar collega's elkaar helpen, ondersteunen en écht samenwerken. Geen logge regels of onnodige procedures. Jij krijgt de vrijheid om te doen wat nodig is om tot de juiste diagnose en oplossing te komen. Veel fun, veel teamwork. Aantrekkelijk loonpakket Een pakket dat jouw expertise waard is. Inclusief bedrijfswagen. Wat ga jij doen? Jouw job draait om één ding: anderen sterker maken dankzij jouw technische kennis. Je beantwoordt dagelijks technische vragen van garages en professionele klanten. Je helpt hen diagnoses te stellen: telefonisch én remote via merkspecifieke tools. Je neemt zelf de meest uitdagende gevallen op in het B2B Diagnose Center: ADAS-kalibraties, HV-batterijreparaties en complexe diagnosestoringen. Je zorgt dat onderdelen correct worden gecodeerd, ingeleerd en geconfigureerd. Je registreert alle oplossingen zodat collega's perfect kunnen inpikken. Je wordt één van dé go-to personen voor technische kennis binnen het team. Jouw werkweek bij onze klant in Vilvoorde Maandag Diepgaande analyse en graven naar oplossingen voor complexe cases. Diagnoses plannen bij jezelf of collega's. Eerste feedback aan je klanten. Dinsdag & Woensdag Remote diagnoses op expert-niveau. Coding & flashing. Cases opvolgen en statusupdates versturen. Donderdag Zelf aan de slag met een uitdagend voertuig in de werkplaats (Diagnose Center). ADAS-kalibratie, HV-batterijonderzoek of een tricky systeemfout aanpakken. Vrijdag Cases afwerken en nog even de puntjes op de 'i' zetten. Updates delen met het team. Week afsluiten met collega's en vooruit plannen. Waarom deze job perfect bij jóu past Je hebt diepgaande kennis van voertuigsystemen (door ervaring of bachelor werk- en denkniveau). Je bent thuis in diagnosetools en merkspecifieke software. Je houdt van echte technische uitdagingen en wil problemen oplossen, niet gewoon onderdelen vervangen. Je helpt graag anderen groeien: klanten én collega's.
