About the job:

As a Service Delivery Manager, the focus is on building and maintaining a successful relationship with the client(s) at both an operational and tactical level. By fulfilling our contractual obligations and striving for continuous improvement and innovation proposals, we ensure high customer satisfaction. Your functional leadership ensures smooth coordination of the teams at the client.

Mission:

  • You build a long-term relationship with your clients where trust, expertise, and customer satisfaction are the key pillars.
  • You are responsible for the P&L with the client. Cost efficiency and continuous improvement proposals are second nature to you.
  • You guide and coach the team in an energetic and positive manner to strive for best-in-class customer experiences and operational excellence based on the expectations and needs of the respective client.
  • You flawlessly manage all types of reporting (SLA, KPIs, etc.).
  • You are able to proactively assess the current and future needs of the client and link them to Econocom solutions. You do this transparently across the various service delivery units.

Your profile:

  • A diploma at a minimum HBO Bachelor level or equivalent through professional experience.
  • Extensive experience in a Service Delivery Management role, P&L responsibility, functional leadership, ITIL & PM methodological knowledge (ITIL V4, PMI, Prince2, Scrum, etc.).
  • Strong trust and respect for your teams and clients.
  • A broad view of IT: Service Desk, Workplace & Cloud environments.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You communicate and present in a clear and pleasant manner.
  • You are diligent and detail-oriented.
  • You are a true entrepreneur with strong ownership.
  • You are well-organized, pragmatic, and results-driven.
