About our role This is an open application as All-round Digital Marketeer with Ariad. A videocall interview where we dive deeper into your experience and ambitions. A final meeting with one of our Business Leads to look at the bigger picture and how we grow together. What you will be doing Create and implement digital marketing strategies across content, email, paid media, SEO, and social platforms. Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns based on real-time performance data and insights. Develop and deliver digital content aligned with brand identity and user engagement goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned and effective. Monitor campaign KPIs and produce actionable reports and recommendations. What you bring A passion for digital marketing and a desire to keep growing in a dynamic environment. 3+ years of experience in digital marketing roles covering multiple channels and tactics. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Mailchimp, CMS platforms, and basic design tools. Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns from start to finish. Creative thinking paired with strong analytical skills—you love both the big idea and the details. A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in team settings with both marketers and stakeholders. Excellent communication in Dutch and English. French is a strong advantage.
