Your new role
As Operational IT Service Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind:
Exciting IT projects from start to finish, ensuring they're delivered smoothly and meet our high standards.
Collaborating closely with teams to set project goals and achieve amazing results.
Keeping a close eye on project progress and swiftly dealing with any issues to make sure everything runs smoothly.
Playing a key role in shaping our IT policies and procedures to meet global standards.
Providing expert support to our IT teams and helping our users with any tech issues they face.
Hosting user training sessions to boost tech skills across the company.
Working closely with finance to keep our IT budget in check and make sure invoices are sorted.
Your profile
Fluent in English & French; proficient in Dutch (less important).
Bachelor's or master's degree in a technology discipline or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT service delivery within an international corporate environment.
Proficient in ITIL environment with a focus on regulatory demands.
Strong business acumen with insight into banking industry operations, challenges, and strategies.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and familiarity with various IT systems and tools.
Flexible and adaptive approach to handle diverse tasks, including project management, governance, and hands-on IT tasks.
Experience in project management and IT governance principles is a plus.
Proficient with MS Office 365 suite; ITIL certification is a plus.
