Ons verkoopkantoor van CIAT Belux bevindt zich in een modern en comfortabel kantoorgebouw in Groot-Bijgaarden. Hier werken dagelijks ongeveer 45 medewerkers om klanten een service op maat te bieden. Jouw rol als Inside HVAC Sales Engineer In deze functie ben jij de spil van onze sales backoffice en ondersteun je de HVAC-verkoopactiviteiten. Je zorgt voor een vlotte verwerking van offertes, orders en klantendossiers en speelt een sleutelrol tussen externe vertegenwoordigers en klanten. Daarnaast zal jouw functie op korte termijn evolueren richting projectmanagement en ondersteuning bij hydraulische installaties, inclusief sitebezoeken. Taken En Verantwoordelijkheden Medeverantwoordelijk voor de verkoop van het volledige HVAC-gamma. Technische en commerciële ondersteuning bieden aan buitendienstmedewerkers. Centrale contactpersoon voor klanten, consultants en interne afdelingen. Offertes opstellen, prijsberekeningen maken en apparatuur selecteren. Orders verwerken en opvolgen. Klantendossiers beheren en up-to-date houden. Ondersteuning bieden aan installateurs bij het ontwerp van hydraulische installaties en sitebezoeken uitvoeren. Jouw profiel Minimaal diploma secundair beroeps-/technisch onderwijs in commercieel of technisch management, of 2-3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare inside sales functie binnen HVAC. Kennis van MS Office en digitale tools (SAP is een plus). Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een troef. Competenties Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. Analytisch en adviserend vermogen. Klantgericht, flexibel en resultaatgericht. Passie voor techniek en HVAC. Gestructureerd en creatief. Goede onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
