**What will you be doing?**:
Now, we need our adventurer - someone who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and help us conquer new territories

As an Account Executive, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy. Your role? Hunt and generate new leads, turn those leads into long-term partners, navigate complex sales cycles, and most importantly: close deals to take our startup to new heights.
- Identify and engage prospects (Corporate and Real Estate) in the BeLux market.
- Manage long and complex sales cycles, from the first contact to contract signing.
- Work with Hubspot to efficiently manage your pipeline and optimize your performance.
- Collaborate closely with our Marketing and Product teams to offer the best solutions to our clients.
- Close deals and exceed your sales targets while building strong client relationships.
- Grow within a constantly evolving environment, with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and evolve towards a Head of Sales role within 12 months.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this position you should relate to the following expectations:

- 3 to 5 years of experience as an Account Executive, ideally in a startup or SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing complex sales cycles with B2B clients.
- A closer mentality with a hunter’s instinct.
- The desire to take ownership and grow into a Head of Sales role.
- A strong mindset, ready to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
- An entrepreneurial spirit with the desire to evangelize a market.
- You’re not afraid of opening doors and you love meeting people.
- You excel in active listening and can adapt to your clients’ needs.
- The drive to join an ambitious, supportive team that's ready to guide you through this adventure.
- An ambitious personality, with a passion for technology and a desire to revolutionize a sector.
- You speak French natively and Dutch effortlessly.
- Bonus: You have experience in SaaS Sales or in Real Estate.
