My client is a fast-growing HRTech of close to 50 people based in Brussels. With zero customer churn over five years and an NPS of 50+, the product speaks for itself.Due to their growth, they're now hiring two Account Executive to lead the corporate and SMB segment.What you'll do:Own the full enterprise sales cycle (from qualified lead to close) in the countryWork closely with SDR teamHighly account-based sales motion with strong inbound supportFull autonomy after onboarding : you will be evaluated on the business you are bringing, not your scheduleWho you are:You have a first experience selling B2B SaaS, ideally in HR.You have a hunter mindset willing to develop.You can speak fluently English and Dutch or French.You thrive in autonomy, and love a smart, mission-driven teamUsed to complex selling (4+ months) with high value (15k to 50k+ in ARR on average)What's on the table:Competitive base + commissionHybrid work setup (Homework allowance of 150€ net + Macbook Air included)Unlimited Holiday PlanJoin a highly engaged and ambitious teamDirect impact on the company's enterprise growth strategyInterested?Apply here
