Account Executive Role Summary:We are looking for people that have passion and understanding of what it takes to be value-add and disruptive on the retail market with the technologies that are responding to what your customers need.In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing the business on the Benelux retail market. You will do strategic account planning to discover new business within existing or new NCR Voyix accounts. NCRV's Retail portfolio includes solutions encompassing software platform, professional services, managed services and hardware. In addition to a sales target, your main performance metrics are to ensure the highest level of customer experience.Key areas of responsibility: Discover potential new customers for key NRV products and services.Prospect and develop opportunities within your assigned account base.Apply in-depth understanding of the Benelux retail industry to drive the consultative selling with targeted customers.Match on a high-level customer requirement with NCR solutions and services, that deliver value to their end customers. Be able to develop business cases internally and for/with the customer.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.Develop strategic account plans, customer opportunity plans and present high quality, professional presentations, and proposals.Driving proper governance within your account.Required Qualifications:5+ years of proven sales, consultancy, or project experience in Retail industry (preferably food)Ability to develop and maintain C-level business relationships.Track record of selling software solutions and services.Bachelor's degreeProven sales success in attaining quota objectives.Demonstrated performance and ability to sell value through a Consultative Selling approach.Fluent in Dutch and English; French is advantageous.
