About my clientMy client is a 40 people fast-growing, award-winning Zendesk Premier Partner (1000 projects made and rated 5/5). After reaching #1 preferred partner for the EMEA region, their next goal is to reach the same position globally.Due to their growth, they are hiring an Account Executive with a deep interest for AI for Belgium and Netherlands.Your ResponsibilitiesIn the short term (0–6 months):Take ownership of qualified leads handed over by the SDR/BDR team and drive them through the full sales cycle to close. (usually 2-3 month)Build and manage a robust pipeline within Belgium and the Netherlands.Source new opportunities via networking, outreach, and industry events (1–2 per quarter).Conduct client visits as needed to accelerate deal momentum.Collaborate with the PM team for smooth onboarding, while retaining account ownership for the first 6 months post-sale.In the long term (6 months+):Position my client as a trusted, strategic partner for clients, focusing on long-term Customer experience.Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts.Expand market penetration by targeting new verticals and customer segments.Continuously refine your sales approach and contribute to improving the sales playbook.Stay ahead of Customer Experience and AI trends to bring fresh, value-driven insights to clients.Your ProfileYou must have:You are fluent in English and Dutch.You have a proven track record in a Sales team in a SaaS companyYou are not a lone-wolf and prefer to win as teamYou have deep interest in AI and its impact to the businessYou are located in Belgium or Netherlands, and willing to visit customer/leads in both country when neededWhat would make you stand out as a candidate:Fluency in FrenchPrevious experience with ZendeskWhy join them?You can work as freelance or employee, depending on your choice.You'll join during a scaling phase with a clear path to contribute to the company's global #1 Zendesk Partner ambition.You'll work in a remote-first, flexible environment with regular opportunities to meet customers, attend events, and collaborate in person.You'll stay at the forefront of AI-powered solutions, with continuous training and knowledge sharing.Competitive base salary with a transparent, market-based variable pay plan.Hiring Process15 min - Call with the headhunter15 min – Sales skills assessment (async).30 min – People & Culture interview to check cultural alignment.30 min – Interview with Revenue Operations Manager to explore experience and soft skills.90 min – Interview with Head of Sales & Solution Consultant to assess competencies and fit.30 min – Meet the team for informal introductions.15–30 min – CEO meeting for a final mutual fit check.Interested?Apply here
