Freelance Category Buyer (Procurement) gezocht

Voor een tijdelijke versterking binnen het Finance & Strategy-team zoeken we een ervaren Category Buyer binnen Procurement, specifiek binnen het construction domein.

Jouw rol

Als Category Buyer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, optimaliseren en monitoren van de inkoopactiviteiten binnen diverse bouwgerelateerde categorieën, zoals architecten, studiebureaus, afbraakwerken en grondwerken.

Je fungeert als eerste aanspreekpunt voor interne stakeholders met betrekking tot aankoopgerelateerde projecten en vragen binnen jouw categorieën. Daarbij leid je het volledige inkoopproces, van het definiëren van selectie- en gunningscriteria tot het onderhandelen en toekennen van contracten.

Daarnaast:

  • Houd je toezicht op het inkoopproces gedurende aanbestedingen en contracttoekenningen, in samenwerking met juridische teams, projectmanagers en business owners.
  • Neem je de leiding in het ontwikkelen en implementeren van procurementstrategieën.
  • Werk je nauw samen met interne teams om waardecreatie te stimuleren en inkoopprocessen te optimaliseren.
  • Onderhandel je de beste commerciële en financiële voorwaarden en stuur je leveranciersprestaties bij waar nodig.
  • Draag je bij aan de verdere optimalisatie van interne inkoopprocessen, methodes en tools.
  • Rapporteer je aan de Procurement Category Manager.
Jouw profiel
  • Masterdiploma, bij voorkeur in een economische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen procurement, specifiek in de construction sector (geen IT procurement).
  • Kennis van de wetgeving rond overheidsopdrachten is een plus.
  • Sterk analytisch en strategisch denkvermogen.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met technische aankoopdossiers en onderhandelingstrajecten binnen bouwgerelateerde categorieën.
  • Sterke communicatieve en overtuigingsvaardigheden.
  • Ervaring in een vergelijkbare omgeving is een meerwaarde.
  • Ondernemend en in staat om projectmatige teams te leiden en op te volgen.
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands; kennis van Frans en Engels is een plus.
