Die hele keten van voeding, die start binnen onze Logistiek. De 2200 collega's in onze distributiecentra van Zellik en Ninove verwerken dagelijks alle producten van onze leveranciers, vaak van Belgische bodem, en brengen deze via meer dan 3000 leveringen per dag tot bij onze winkels. Maar het stopt niet in onze winkels of logistiek. Want ook onze meer dan 1000 collega's binnen Finance, HR, IT, Commerce of Legal staan staan om elkaar en onze klanten te helpen goed te eten. Wacht dan niet langer en word een van onze Operations Support Coördinators voor onze distributiecentra van Zellik en Ninove. Je werkt binnen een ploeg die als doel heeft om de operationele noden van onze management teams op te vangen, door o.a. volgende verantwoordelijkheden op te nemen: Je zorgt ervoor dat de logistieke processen en de operationele noden opgevolgd en uitgevoerd worden, waardoor je flexibel bent in de rol die je dagelijks opneemt; Je leidt teams van arbeiders en logistieke bedienden, in functie van je locatie en planning, je motiveert hen en voert individuele gesprekken (feedback geven, bijsturen...); Je staat in voor het onthaal van de nieuwe medewerkers binnen het team, het coördineren van de vlotte integratie en je speelt een pro-actieve rol in de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers (opleidingen, on-the-job-training, ...) teneinde een team uit te bouwen met goed opgeleide en gemotiveerde medewerkers; Je waakt over de veilige uitvoering van de verschillende operationele taken. Je geeft toelichting aan je collega's uit de vaste teams rond je ervaringen met de medewerkers, zodat zij deze informatie kunnen meenemen in hun gesprekken en organisatie, alsook zorg je voor de nodige terugkoppeling om een correcte en efficiënte opvolging te verzekeren van de operaties; Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van alle bestaande operationele en ondersteunende processen (bv. veiligheid, hygiëne, ...) en stelt deze op continue basis in vraag zodat ze zo nodig kunnen bijgestuurd worden; Je werkt mee tijdens inventarissen door het aanleveren van de nodige informatie en het dagdagelijks opvolgen van eventuele kwaliteitsinbreuken op het terrein teneinde ervoor te zorgen dat de operationele processen in regel zijn met de kwaliteits- en auditvereisten; Je beheert de profielen en rechten in applicaties en het nodige materiaal bij logistieke processen teneinde de operationele continu teit te garanderen en dit steeds in lijn met de nodige reglementeringen; Je biedt ondersteuning aan de Operations Coördinators (die de finale verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor de shift) wanneer nodig door bijvoorbeeld volgende taken op te nemen: coördineren van de planning van de tijdelijke werkkrachten (interims, CDD) en vakantiestudenten; administratieve verwerking van overuren/verloven; opvolgen van de productiviteitsgegevens (shift, team en individueel) en actie ondernemen wanneer nodig en mogelijk; Je communiceert met het eigen team via de bestaande middelen, met andere teams binnen de verschillende distributiecentra, met andere departementen (bv. Aankoop, Safety, HR...) en met externe partners (bv. leveranciers...) en je onderhoudt constructieve informele contacten met sociale partners teneinde een goede informatieoverdracht te verzekeren en een positieve samenwerkingsrelatie op te bouwen. Jouw prioriteit is om ervoor te zorgen dat de logistieke processen en operationele noden steeds gevolgd worden en vervuld zijn en dus ben je ook bereid om binnen onze verschillende distributiecentra te werken (locaties in Zellik en Ninove). Je ontvangt maandelijks een planning waar jouw locatie en uurroosters vermeld zijn. Daarnaast is het mogelijk dat je een “ad hoc” vervanging moet doen en/of ondersteuning moet geven in geval van onvoorziene omstandigheden. Je werkt van maandag tot en met zaterdag, in de ochtendploeg of de middagploeg (contract van 36 uren/week - 5 dagen met 1 roulementdag per week) Je krijgt dus een dienst van 7,2 uur in de ochtendploeg (mogelijk tussen 3.30 en 12.30 uur, afhankelijk van het distributiecentrum) of in de middagploeg (mogelijk tussen 11.00 en 19.30 uur, afhankelijk van het distributiecentrum). Je bent een logistieke operationele duizendpoot die zich kan aanpassen aan de behoeften van de organisatie; Je focus ligt op een efficiënte ondersteuningbieden aan de verschillende teams, waardoor je met vertrouwen buiten je comfortzone stapt; Je bent flexibel, gericht op het geven van de adequate bijstand en het zoeken naar succesvolle oplossingen; Je hebt een sterk plannings- en organisatievermogen; Je houdt ervan om in interactie te gaan met andere mensen en bent in staat om op een constructievemanier oplossingente vinden; Als enthousiaste teamplayer neem je graag initiatief, wanneer nodig in overleg met je collega's; Je bent stressbestendig; Idealiter ben je tweetaligNederlands/Frans om onze taaldiverse ploegen te kunnen aansturen en ondersteunen.
