This role is all about building the right thing, by staying close to the people who use it. What you’ll do Own the product discovery and delivery process within your squad Prioritise initiatives with business context (we use ProductBoard) Align on quarterly OKRs, balancing vision with value Keep the team focused with a clear now / next / later Facilitate team ceremonies (standups, grooming, demos, retros) Communicate clearly with stakeholders and leadership Learn continuously — from users, data, and delivery feedback About you You’re a senior product manager with 5+ years' experience in SaaS B2B and a strong business mindset. You thrive in discovery, love speaking with users, and bring structure to ambiguity. You’re not here to write specs — you’re here to shape what we build and why.
