As we continue our international expansion, we are seeking a Head of Self‑Serve & Growth to join our leadership team. This is a critical, high‑impact role with direct P&L accountability for our self‑serve revenue (ARR) and for accelerating the qualified lead pipeline from all online channels. This position requires a highly analytical leader with a robust background in B2B SaaS and/or e‑commerce and a deep, practical understanding of Product‑Led Growth (PLG) models. You will partner cross‑functionally with product, sales, marketing, customer experience, and engineering to achieve ambitious targets in multiple international markets. Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities 1. Self-Serve Business Ownership Be directly accountable for the entire self-serve revenue generated worldwide. Define, build, and optimize the growth roadmap priorities to guide the Product Team and maximize business return. Develop and execute integrated strategies to acquire new users, maximize customer lifetime value (CLTV), and reduce churn in collaboration with the Product team. Build and maintain robust revenue models to track performance, forecast growth, and inform strategic investment decisions. Select, implement, and manage the business tech stack essential to scaling self-serve and growth activities. 2. Online Acquisition & Conversion Aggressively scale online acquisition across all channels, including SEO, GEO, and paid acquisition. Systematically maximize conversion rates for self-serve users at every step of the funnel. Optimize and automate the lead capture funnels for B2B clients on our website or in the application. 3. CRM & Lifecycle Automation Oversee the overall CRM strategy and system within the company. Design and implement CRM automation journeys across the customer lifecycle to boost conversion, activation, retention, and monetization, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success. 4. Cross-Functional Leadership Be a catalyst of our Product-Led Growth motions, partnering closely with the Product and Marketing teams. Collaborate strategically with Sales and Customer Experience to guarantee a seamless, high-quality end-to-end customer journey. Preferred experience - Qualifications Experience: Between 8 and 12 years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role with direct responsibility for online revenue streams. Domain Expertise: Proven success in B2B SaaS and/or e-commerce environments, with a strong understanding of Product-Led Growth (PLG) models. Analytical Skills: Highly data-driven with deep expertise in marketing analytics platforms and building revenue models. Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working effectively across product, sales, customer experience and engineering teams. Leadership: Demonstrated success in building and managing high-performing marketing teams. International Experience: Skilled in driving online revenue growth in multiple international markets.
