What You'll Do:

  • Build and lead a team of IT Business Partners to serve as strategic liaisons between IT and various business units/stakeholders.
  • Develop clear roadmaps for all functional areas in collaboration with BPO and other stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships between IT and BPO, with increased focus on platforms and divisions.
  • Strengthen partnerships with growing regions like LATAM and APAC, and engage in M&A activities for optimal IT integration.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives, challenges, and technology needs.
  • Work closely with IT delivery teams, including PMO and Architecture, to develop and implement IT solutions aligned with business goals and global IT application strategy.
  • Align technology strategies with overall business strategy and drive digital transformation efforts.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar IT Business Partner or IT strategy role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Project management experience and familiarity with project management methodologies.
  • Ability to think strategically and align technology with business goals.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their potential business applications.
