SAP Business / Functional Analyst – Freelance (Brussels) For a large international client operating in a complex, enterprise-scale environment, we are looking for a Business / Functional Analyst to join on a long-term freelance basis. The focus of this role is to bridge business and IT by analysing functional requirements, supporting operational processes, and contributing to system and process optimisation across domains such as operations, finance, and supply chain. If interested, please respond with your CV attached Key Responsibilities: Analyse business processes and functional requirements, translating them into clear documentation for IT and development teams. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional incidents, escalating complex issues to technical or third-party teams when required. Support the deployment, testing, and validation of system enhancements, integrations, and releases. Document recurring issues, process improvements, and functional solutions; maintain up-to-date functional documentation. Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders on ongoing transformation and optimisation initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst in an enterprise environment. Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (operations, finance, supply chain, or similar). Experience working with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, or comparable platforms). Additional Details: START DATE: ASAP DURATION: 12 Months CONTRACT: Freelance LOCATION: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid) ONSITE POLICY: 2–3 days per week on-site
