Context

Group Internal Services (GIS) is binnen de Proximus Groep verantwoordelijk voor:

  1. Het creëren en onderhouden van een veilige, aangename, professionele en milieuvriendelijke werkomgeving zodat alle Proximus medewerkers hun job in marktconforme omstandigheden kunnen uitvoeren.
  2. Het ter beschikking stellen van een kwalitatief goede infrastructuur in de technische gebouwen ter ondersteuning van de kernactiviteiten van de Proximus groep.
  3. Het ontplooien en implementeren van de Proximus Groep strategie inzake het patrimonium en de mobiliteit.

Het departement Technical Experts & Energy Management (TEM) maakt deel uit van GIS en is verantwoordelijk voor:

  1. strategische keuzes van materialen en concepten
  2. studies
  3. marktraadplegingen
  4. contractmanagement
  5. projectmanagement
  6. opleiding

en dit voor alle technische uitrustingen in de gebouwen:

  1. hoogspanningscabines
  2. laagspanningsborden
  3. noodstroomaggregaten
  4. gelijkrichters
  5. batterijen
  6. UPS
  7. Verlichting en algemene elektriciteit
  8. Liften
  9. Koeling
  10. Verwarming
  11. Branddetectie

Functiebeschrijving

De belangrijkste activiteiten van een Junior Technical Project Manager zijn:

  1. Programma van eisen opstellen in samenwerking van de interne klant.
  2. De meest geschikte technische oplossing uitwerken op basis van de standaard materialen en dit tegen een optimale kost.
  3. De meeste geschikte locatie zoeken voor de nieuwe installaties, rekening houdende met de toekomst van ons telecommunicatienetwerk en de gebouwen.
  4. Offertes vragen en analyseren.
  5. Nagaan of aan alle wettelijke eisen voldaan is, in het bijzonder aan de milieuwetgeving (o.a. geluid).
  6. Bestellingen plaatsen en opvolgen.
  7. De werken coördineren tussen alle betrokken partijen.
  8. Duidelijk en efficiënt communiceren naar alle betrokkenen.

Jouw Profiel

Is techniek je passie? Ben je ondernemend en oplossingsgericht? Vindt je gezamenlijk succes belangrijker dan individueel succes? Dan zit je bij ons aan het juiste adres.

  1. Je hebt een diploma bachelor elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig.
  2. Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van elektriciteit en HVAC.
  3. Je bedient je vlot van het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal.
  4. Je beheerst MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Sharepoint).
  5. Je hebt uitgesproken projectvaardigheden: respect voor planning, scope en budget.
  6. Je beschikt over sterke analytische en synthetische vaardigheden.
  7. Je bent gemotiveerd, positief ingesteld, leergierig en ondernemend.
  8. Je houdt van teamwerk en gaat op zoek naar efficiënte samenwerkingsmethodes met respect voor iedereen.
  9. Je kan zelfstandig werken, waarbij je zelf het gevraagde werk kan inschatten, inplannen en de juiste prioriteiten voorstellen.
  10. Je bent toekomstgericht, ziet vernieuwing als een opportuniteit en doet zelf verbeteringsvoorstellen.
  11. Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.

Belangrijk: Deze functie vereist een veiligheidsadvies. De wet van 11 december 1998 betreffende de classificatie en de veiligheidsmachtigingen, veiligheidsattesten en veiligheidsadviezen verplicht de personen die toegang hebben tot de lokalen, infrastructuur en applicaties die als gevoelig of kritiek worden beschouwd om een geschikt veiligheidsadvies te hebben dat door het BIPT wordt afgeleverd.
