Vos responsabilités :

  1. Développer et mettre en œuvre la vision stratégique en collaboration avec l'administrateur délégué.
  2. Assurer le bon fonctionnement opérationnel et commercial des 7 agences du groupe.
  3. Gérer les opérations quotidiennes, y compris les aspects administratifs, RH et financiers.
  4. Encadrer une équipe dynamique en favorisant le leadership, la clarté des directives et le développement professionnel.
  5. Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de marketing, de communication et de vente.
  6. Établir et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients, partenaires commerciaux et parties prenantes externes.
  7. Analyser les données de performance, les tendances du marché et les indicateurs clés.

Profil Recherché :

  1. Plus de dix ans d'expérience en tant que Directeur des Opérations ou dans un poste de haute direction, idéalement dans l'immobilier.
  2. Excellentes compétences en leadership, gestion d'équipe et motivation.
  3. Solides compétences en développement commercial, négociation de contrats et conclusion de transactions.
  4. Maîtrise des meilleures pratiques opérationnelles et connaissance approfondie du secteur immobilier.
  5. Capacité à collaborer efficacement et à communiquer clairement avec l'équipe de direction.
  6. Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale en français. La connaissance du néerlandais et de l'anglais est un atout.
  7. Orientation résultats avec une approche axée sur la résolution de problèmes.
  8. Préférence pour des études universitaires et/ou économiques.
