Wil je jouw stempel drukken op deze ambitieuze reis? Stop met dromen en stap aan boord om ons Marketing & Communicatie-team te versterken als Senior Marketing & Communication Partner – Passenger Aviation.
Als Senior Partner ben jij de spilfiguur voor de marketing- en communicatieprojecten van de afdeling Passenger Aviation. Jij zet onze ambities om in krachtige, verbonden campagnes die volledig in lijn zijn met onze waarden.
Wat je bij ons zal realiseren:
- Strategische afstemming: Integreer de marketingdoelen van Passenger Aviation in onze overkoepelende MarCom-strategie om altijd consistente boodschappen te garanderen.
- Centrale contactpersoon: Als sleutelfiguur van de afdeling Passenger Aviation beheer je alle MarCom-behoeften, van concept tot uitvoering.
- Marketingplannen: Ontwikkel krachtige marketingplannen op korte en lange termijn, afgestemd op onze doelstellingen.
- Optimalisatie van middelen: Maximaliseer het gebruik van onze middelen (content, design, mediabudget) voor een maximaal effect.
- Merkconsistentie: Werk samen met de brand manager om een consistente en impactvolle merkidentiteit te waarborgen.
- Stakeholdermanagement: Werk nauw samen met de Chief en Head of van de afdeling Passenger Aviation om hun behoeften te begrijpen en gezamenlijk marketing- en communicatiestrategieën op te bouwen.
- Resultaten opvolgen: Analyseer prestaties, pas acties aan en zorg ervoor dat alle inspanningen afgestemd zijn op de strategische doelstellingen van Brussels Airport Company (BAC).
Vereisten:
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in Marketing/Communicatie en 7-8 jaar ervaring, bij voorkeur in de luchtvaart en klantbeleving.
- Je hebt een strategische mindset en kunt plannen ontwikkelen die aansluiten bij doelstellingen, dankzij een scherpe analyse van markten en klantgedrag.
- Je bent een expert in digitale marketing, merkbeheer en interne/externe communicatie.
- Je hebt ruime ervaring in projectmanagement en transversaal leiderschap om meerdere initiatieven tegelijk te coördineren.
- Je hebt een vlotte kennis van het Nederlands, en beheerst daarnaast goed het Frans en het Engels.
