We provide merchandisers and buyers with a powerful and user-friendly analytics platform to make the best decisions at every moment throughout the life cycle of a product.
The job
Are you interested in analysing the offering of fashion brands on the market and supporting them in their benchmarking? Are you at ease with data and content writing? Well, we need you in our CSM team to boost our client's engagement and satisfaction.
You will be working closely with the Client Success Managers to provide the best support and engagement to our clients.
- You will use Retviews to reveal fashion brand strategies by analysing their products offerings on the market
- You will support the CSM team in their day to day tasks to build the best client's satisfaction (content creation, Customer trainings, Customer support, follow-up on the usage of the platform)
- You will audit the quality of the clients interface to make sure we deliver the best information.
- You will ensure that product classification is correct.
- You will interact with all the members of quality / technical teams and CSM Team
- Bachelor's / master degree or equivalent experience in Fashion, Business/Marketing or Communication.
- You speak English & French fluently
- An interest for the fashion industry and tech is a big plus
- Be at ease with data
- You are autonomous with the entrepreneurial spirit
- You are available for minimum 4 months
