Ben jij een ervaren technische projectleider met een passie voor engineering én uitvoering — ook op buitenlandse werven?Bij VMA werk je aan uiteenlopende industriële projecten waar jij de touwtjes in handen hebt. Als Technical Project Lead neem je eigenaarschap, leid je zelfstandig hardware projecten en ondersteun je grotere werven als rechterhand van de projectmanager.💼 Wat ga je doen?Je bent verantwoordelijk voor zowel de technische engineering als de operationele uitvoering van onze projecten. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het coördineren van mensen, materiaal en planning — lokaal én internationaal.Je takenpakket omvat o.a.:Zelfstandig beheren van hardware projecten (van engineering tot site follow-up)Mee coördineren van grotere projecten in samenwerking met de projectmanagerWaken over deadlines, budgetten en technische uitvoeringAnalyseren van technische issues en zoeken naar oplossingsgerichte actiesControleren van installaties en herstelacties (laten) uitvoerenMateriaalbeheer en opvolging van leveringenOpmaak van opmetingen, elektrische schema’s, voorontwerpen en vorderingsstatenAdministratieve taken (regiebonnen, uurregistratie, leveringsbonnen, bestellingen)Verplaatsingen naar het buitenland voor werfbezoeken en sitecoördinatieActief deelnemen aan werfvergaderingen en klantoverlegAansturen van techniekers en coördineren van dagelijkse werfactiviteiten🧠 Wat verwachten wij van jou?Diploma:Bachelor of Master in elektromechanica of elektriciteitOf gelijkwaardig door ervaring in industriële automatisatieToolkennis (must-haves):Microsoft Excel & Office 365EPLANCanecoErvaring:Medior: 2–5 jaar ervaring in technische projectleidingSenior: +5 jaar ervaring + aansturende rol op projecten en/of wervenCompetenties:Technisch sterk inzicht in elektromechanische installatiesErvaring met engineering en uitvoeringCommunicatief en organisatorisch sterkProbleemoplossend en resultaatgerichtStressbestendig, nauwkeurig, flexibel ingesteldReisbereidheid is een must (internationaal werfwerk)🤝 Wat bieden wij jou?Projectverantwoordelijkheid met autonomieRuimte voor technische diepgang en initiatiefInternationale ervaring in een dynamische omgevingSamenwerking met een sterk team van engineers en projectleidersDoorgroeimogelijkheden en relevante bijscholingenMarktconform loon en extralegale voordelen...
