The Company Founded in 2008, NEO2 is a consulting and technical assistance firm specializing in process engineering and industrial infrastructure. Our group has over 600 employees and collaborates with major clients in the Energy, Environment, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Food sectors on industrial and digital projects. How? Currently, we are established in France in Paris, Nantes, Lyon, Lille, Strasbourg, Aix-en-Provence, and Bordeaux, and we continue our development with the opening of a new office in Brussels, Belgium. The Missions To support the group's growth, we are looking to strengthen our team of engineering consultants. Becoming a consultant at NEO2 means: Being an active participant in your career, with multiple growth opportunities (role, sector, region). Working on projects with an environmental focus (30% of our projects contribute to making the industry more sustainable). Benefiting from strong managerial support. By joining our teams as an Engineering Consultant, you will undertake your first mission with one of our clients, among the largest actors in the pharmaceutical, chemical, waste, heavy industry, or energy sectors, based everywhere in Belgium. As part of a team, you will work on or lead projects related to the successful development of new projects, optimization of equipment operation, and infrastructure in an industrial environment. By applying practical knowledge, you will solve on-site challenges while achieving goals for improvement, reliability, quality, safety, and budget. Your Profile With a degree from an engineering school (specializing in construction, electrical or electromechanical engineering, chemistry, process engineering, automation, etc.), you want to boost your career by working on innovative projects with major Belgian and international industrial companies. Mandatory points : You hold an engineering master degree. You have at least one year of experience in process industry (pharma, food, metallurgy, nuclear,(petro)chemisty...). You are familiar with industrial environments. You speak fluent English and have at least proficiency in French OR Dutch. You have permission to work in Belgium (either through nationality or a valid work permit). Our Offer Attractive base salary based on your experience. Mobility program: Electric vehicle (with a European charging tag) or Mobility Budget (600€ to 775€/month). Extensive insurance package: Group insurance (5,8% of annual salary) + Hospitalization insurance (60 days pre-op; 180 days post-op). Representation allowance (210€ to 275€/month). Phone subscription.
