Job Description

Are you ready to discover the role of an Application Support Agent in Netcompany-Intrasoft?

As an Application Support Agent you will:

  • Provide remote and on-site support for authentication setup (EU Login, security keys, e-ID).
  • Log and track incidents in ServiceNow, escalating complex cases as needed.
  • Assist users with technical troubleshooting and guidance.
  • Conduct in-person training sessions (FR & EN) for up to 20 participants with follow-up support.
  • Organize and deliver webinars on authentication setup and usage.
Qualifications

What would make you a fit for the role:

  • Excellent communication skills in French & English
  • Patience, empathy, and active listening in high-assistance situations
  • Familiarity with authentication tech (mobile apps, security keys, e-IDs)
  • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred) is a plus
  • Strong training and presentation skills for sessions & webinars
  • Adaptability to support elderly users with varying tech skills
  • Team player in a diverse, international environment
