Position Overview As a Real Estate Valuer, you will be responsible for the valuation of a wide range of asset classes, including offices, retail, industrial, logistics, and mixed-use properties. You will deliver accurate, insightful, and well-documented valuation reports in line with professional standards, while collaborating closely with colleagues and clients across different markets. Key Responsibilities Conduct valuations of commercial real estate assets (offices, retail, industrial, logistics, and mixed-use). Prepare clear and comprehensive valuation reports in compliance with Belgian standards and industry best practices. Perform market research and analysis, collecting and interpreting property, economic, and financial data. Collaborate with colleagues across service lines such as investment, leasing, and advisory. Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing professional advice and tailored insights. Monitor and analyze market trends, regulations, and evolving valuation methodologies. Support senior management with client presentations and business development initiatives. Profile Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or a related field. First professional experience in real estate, or a demonstrable keen interest in the sector. Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to prepare high-quality written reports. Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with real estate databases and valuation tools is an advantage. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus). Detail-oriented, client-focused, and eager to grow within a professional advisory environment.
