The client is looking for a VIP Account Manager to join his team in Brussels.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused VIP Account Manager to join our team in the gaming sector. In this role, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and retaining relationships with our top-tier players, delivering personalized experiences, and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction. You will serve as the main point of contact for our VIP players, understanding their gaming preferences and needs, and working cross-functionally to enhance their overall gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Act as the dedicated account manager for VIP players, understanding their preferences, engagement patterns, and needs.
- Personalized Communication: Deliver tailored communications, exclusive offers, and personalized promotions to keep players engaged and satisfied.
- Player Retention: Use analytics and feedback to proactively manage and retain top-tier players, identifying risks and implementing strategies to maintain loyalty.
- Event Management: Plan and execute exclusive events and experiences, both online and offline, designed for VIP players.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to continuously improve VIP offerings and player satisfaction.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use player data to analyze behavior, measure impact, and optimize engagement strategies.
- Performance analysis though KPIs
- Develop personalized offer though an optimize CRM management
- Proven experience in VIP account management within the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of the gaming sector and player engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, stress resilient.
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to guide decisions.
- Passion for gaming and a customer-centric approach to service.
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English
