You will join an experienced team handling high volumes of import shipments. The focus is on operational excellence, speed, accuracy and strong collaboration. You will manage import files from A to Z and play a key role in keeping flows efficient and reliable. Key responsibilities: End-to-end handling of ocean import files Order entry and file management in the forwarding system Booking and follow‑up with shipping lines, transport partners and agents Checking and validating shipping and customs‑related documentation Monitoring arrivals, deliveries and exceptions Daily operational contact with customers and partners Detecting issues and proactively providing solutions Administrative follow‑up, cost control and file closing Profile You have a logistics degree or equivalent experience Several years of experience in ocean import forwarding is preferred You are hands‑on, reliable and thrive in a high‑volume environment Strong sense of responsibility and ownership Accurate, structured and stress‑resistant Customer‑oriented and communicative Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus) Offer Next to competitive salary conditions, as a people‑centered business, we work hard to provide meaningful rewards and development opportunities for our employees, recognizing performance, and creating a supportive working environment for them, wherever they are based.
