Als 2nd Line Support Engineer ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen technologie en gebruikers. Je combineert technische expertise met klantgerichte communicatie en neemt het voortouw bij installaties, migraties en ondersteuning. Je bent proactief, gestructureerd en hebt een passie voor IT-infrastructuur en moderne werkplekoplossingen. Met jouw ervaring weet je complexe vraagstukken om te zetten in praktische oplossingen, zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband. Wat ga jij zoal doen? In deze rol krijg je een afwisselend takenpakket met verschillende belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden Als eerste ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle onsite ondersteuning en installaties. Wanneer dit in orde is, ben jij degene die de users opleidt over de nieuwe producten. Nieuwe producten dienen meestal ter vervanging: jij bent dan ook verantwoordelijk voor het vervangen van oudere infrastructuur. En als laatste is het ook jouw taak om de data van de oude infrastructuur correct en volledig te kopiëren naar de nieuwe toestellen. Onsite ondersteuning en installaties. Je zorgt voor een vlotte installatie en ondersteuning van IT-systemen op locatie. Als het vaste aanspreekpunt help je gebruikers bij vragen of problemen en bied je duidelijke, efficiënte oplossingen. Je doet dit voornamelijk op een 2nd Line niveau. User training en begeleiding. Je leidt gebruikers op en begeleidt hen bij het werken met nieuwe producten en systemen. Vervanging van infrastructuur. Je zorgt voor een zorgvuldige vervanging van verouderde systemen door nieuwe infrastructuur. Datamigratie. Je draagt zorg voor een correcte en volledige overdracht van data naar nieuwe toestellen. Ticket handling. Je behandelt inkomende tickets tijdig en nauwkeurig en haalt voldoening uit het oplossen van elk dossier. Jouw profiel Bachelor- of graduaatsdiploma in een IT-richting met meerdere jaren relevante ervaring als 1st/2nd Line Support Engineer of Onsite Support Engineer. Sterke technische kennis van Windows Servers, Office 365, Active Directory en netwerkbeheer. Ervaring met ITIL-processen en ticketingtools zoals Jira, ServiceNow of TOPdesk. Professionele, klantgerichte communicatie in Nederlands en Engels (kennis van Frans is een plus). Proactieve houding: signaleert verbeterpunten, denkt mee met de klant en werkt duurzame oplossingen uit. Gestructureerd en nauwkeurig, ook bij complexe installaties of migraties. Zelfstandig en teamgericht; deelt graag kennis met collega's. Sterke interesse in IT-infrastructuur en modern workplace-oplossingen, met de ambitie om expertise verder te ontwikkelen. Je hebt een rijbewijs B. Je kan vloeiend communiceren in het Nederlands en het Engels, daarnaast kan je jezelf behelpen in het Frans. Wat krijg je hier allemaal voor in ruil?
