Role:Als Onsite IT Support Engineer bied je technische ondersteuning aan onze klanten op locatie, waarbij je hardware- en softwareproblemen troubleshoot en oplost, en hun IT-infrastructuur configureert en onderhoudt.Ondersteuning van nieuwe medewerkers door het voorbereiden van het startpakket en IT-ondersteuning te bieden op dag 1.Beheren en optimaliseren van mobiele telefoonabonnementen en bevestigen van ontvangen goederen of diensten.Opvolgen van lokale telecomleveranciers met betrekking tot lokale leveringen.Nauw samenwerken met de lokale office task lead, adviseren en input geven voor het plannen van nieuwe behoeften en aankopen volgens de TDI-standaarden.Aanmaken van RITM's en opvolgen van leveringen.Ondersteuning van het CCTV-systeem en hardware op basis van "best effort".Ondersteuning van de lokale netwerkopstelling voor lokale oplossingen (HVAC, alarm, CCTV).Je zult 3 locaties supporten; Mechelen, Brussel & RotterdamRequirements:Vloeiend Nederlands en EngelsErvaring met onsite support en ticketsysteemBekend met Windows OS, Mac OS en verschillende software applicatiesManaged Print Service (MPS) / Mobiele telefoons configureren (Apple en Android) (MS Intune) / MS Office 365Klantgerichte aanpakBenefits:Buddy programCar Allowance/ KM AllowanceHealth/ Medical insurancePhone allowance/ Company PhonePrivate use of company carStaff discountsTicket Restaurant (Edenred, Sodexo, UP)/ Meal VoucherUnlimited employment contractBe part of UsHemmersbach levert IT-infrastructuurdiensten in meer dan 190 landen met 50 eigen dochterondernemingen.
