HR Data Operations SpecialistRole OverviewThis role focuses exclusively on HR data maintenance and quality control within a global HR system. The HR Data Operations Specialist manages HR data requests, ensures data accuracy and performs structured, repetitive data updates in a shared service–style environment, working independently and with high attention to detail.About the CompanyYou will join a global biopharmaceutical organization operating in a complex international environment, with centralized HR operations and a strong focus on data accuracy, process excellence and continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesManage HR data requests via a case management/ticketing toolMaintain and update employee and organizational data in SAP SuccessFactorsProcess HR events (e.g. transfers, bonuses, org changes)Perform data quality checks, validations and clean-upsExecute mass data updates, imports/exports and reportingSupport process improvements and automation initiativesRequirementsMinimum 1 year of HR data maintenance experience (mandatory)Strong hands-on experience with SAP (mandatory)Background in HR Operations/HR Shared Services or CoEAdvanced Excel skills (data cleaning, reporting)Highly detail-oriented, structured and comfortable with repetitive tasksAble to work independently and manage global HR requestsFluent English (mandatory)Nice to HaveExperience with ticketing toolsExposure to process improvement or automationExperience in global HR environments
