  • Je beantwoordt de oproepen van onze klanten en makelaars. Waar nodig, neem je contact op met onze externe partners of interne diensten.
  • Zowel de telefonische contacten als aanvragen via e-mail verwerk je in het systeem op een zorgvuldige manier. Je respecteert daarbij tevens de nodige deadlines en targets.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk om aanvragen voor nieuwe polissen te aanvaarden rekening houdend met de door NN bepaalde bedrijfsregels.
  • Je houdt de klanten op de hoogte van het verloop van hun dossier en biedt zowel mondeling als schriftelijk een uitmundende klantenservice.
  • Je werkt mee aan het verbeteren van de werkprocessen en neemt daarvoor de nodige initiatieven.

Profiel

Zo pas jij perfect in ons team

  • Je beschikt tenminste over een Bachelordiploma, of gelijkwaardig door enkele jaren ervaring binnen eenn klantendienst.
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over enkele jaren ervaring binnen klantencontact en/of dossierbeheer.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.
  • Je bent klantgericht en biedt steeds de beste mogelijke service.
  • Je bent flexibel en gaat resultaat- en oplossingsgericht te werk.
  • Je bent een initiatiefnemer die zelfstandig taken opneemt en deze ook snel, efficiënt en nauwkeurig kan afhandelen.
