Acquisition & Construction Manager BELUX

Als Acquisition & Construction Manager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van de totale vastgoedstrategie binnen België en Luxemburg. Dit resulteert in acquisitie, bouw, verbouw, beheer en onderhoud van (duurzame) winkels tegen de beste omstandigheden. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden van een lokaal vastgoednetwerk ter ondersteuning van de lange termijn agenda. Je geeft leiding aan de afdeling Real Estate en rapporteert aan de General Manager BeLux. Tevens heb je een communicatielijn met de Director Real Estate op het internationale hoofdkantoor.

Je voert de vastgoedstrategie uit via een sterk lokaal team en realiseert daarmee jaarlijkse groeidoelstellingen voor nieuwe winkels en onderhoudt en verbetert de bestaande winkelportefeuille. Je stelt huisvestingscriteria vast, maakt budgetten en beheert de kosten met verantwoordelijk voor de investeringsvoorstellen. Ook zorg je dat de realisatie van nieuwe winkels in lijn is met de budgetten en planning.
Je werkt voornamelijk vanuit ons kantoor in Asse maar bent ook veel onderweg op locatie in beide landen.
Je vindt het leuk om te werken in een dynamisch team in een vaak snel veranderende omgeving en schakelt makkelijk tussen operationeel, tactisch en strategisch niveau.
Daarnaast heb je minimaal 8 jaar bewezen ervaring in een leidinggevende rol in de detailhandel, supermarktbranche of vastgoedsector en heb je bewezen ervaring op het gebied van onderhandelen van leasecontracten en contractbeheer.
Je hebt een universitair werk- en denkniveau of compenseert dit door een aanzienlijke ervaring.
Tenslotte beheers je de Nederlandse, Franse en Engelse taal goed, zowel mondeling als in schriftelijk.
