Make a positive impact.We enable to achieve its Digital Strategy and have a tangible impact on digital transformation by being a "one-stop-shop" for all digital initiatives, whilst driving innovation, enhancing digital capabilities and integrating technologies to create competitive business advantages for our clients.Your Impact● Lead and manage the Service Quality and Support team, combining IT Helpdesk and IT Service Management (ITSM) functions. ● Drive operational excellence and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. ● Oversee service performance, service transition, and service design initiatives. ● Develop and implement strategies, policies, and processes to enhance service quality and user experience. ● Establish and monitor KPIs to track and improve service delivery. ● Manage relationships with external service providers and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs. ● Ensure robust incident management and disaster recovery planning. ● Participate in budget planning and resource allocation. ● Provide expert guidance to stakeholders on IT service quality and support matters.About You● Proven experience in IT Service Management and Support, ideally in a leadership role within a corporate environment. ● Strong ability to develop and execute tactical plans for service improvement and team development. ● Participate in yearly budget cycles and manage budgets. Ability to optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and achieve cost-effectiveness. ● Demonstrate autonomy, initiative, rigor and involvement; ● Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; ● Appropriate knowledge of English (spoken/written) is mandatory, plus being fluent in French or Dutch.
