Jouw rol: Plannen en organiseren van preventief, correctief en verbeteringsonderhoudLeidinggeven, motiveren en ondersteunen van het onderhoudsteamOpleiding voorzien of bijscholing regelen voor het team en klantenBeheer van wisselstukken en bestellingen in GMAORapporteren van incidenten en storingen via reportingtoolsVerbeteringen voorstellen om de betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid van apparatuur te verhogenSnel communiceren met de leiding bij storingen of ernstige problemenIndien nodig inspringen bij afwezigheden van techniekers Profil Ben jij onze ideale kandidaat? Je hebt een diploma TSO/Bachelor elektromechanica, industriële elektriciteit of automatiseringMinstens 3 jaar leidinggevende ervaring binnen onderhoudTechnische kennis van automatisering, mechanica, pneumatiek en industriële elektriciteitErvaring met GMAO (geautomatiseerd onderhoudsbeheer)Je bent gestructureerd, zelfstandig en proactiefJe bent doelgericht en houdt van uitdagingJe begrijpt technisch Engels Waarom kiezen voor Viaposte Maintenance?
