We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage our CMF market initiatives, with a particular focus on France. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting and executing marketing communication strategies that generate leads, nurture prospects, support sales, and strengthen our brand presence throughout the customer journey.

What you will do
  • Strategic collaboration: work closely with the marketing team to transform product and market roadmaps into compelling, integrated marketing communication plans
  • Customer insights: gather and analyze customer feedback to refine strategies and enhance engagement
  • Localized messaging: adapt campaigns, product messaging, and sales materials for the French market
  • Event coordination: organize impactful Materialise and third-party events in France and other countries
  • Project management: collaborate with internal teams to manage marketing projects, including digital campaigns, webinars, conferences, and sales collateral
  • Performance analysis: manage dashboards, track KPIs, and report results
  • Brand consistency: ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and guidelines
  • Sales collaboration: partner with the sales team to align marketing strategies with commercial goals
Your profile
  • 3+ years in a similar B2B marketing role
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing initiatives
  • Fluent French speaker with strong English communication skills
  • Experience in digital and content marketing with measurable results
  • Experience in the medical device or medtech sector is a strong plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative, proactive, and passionate about driving innovation for a healthier world
