Medical Business Developer

**FULL-TIME**What you will do- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify key players, market trends, and the competitive landscape in Eastern Europe and the Middle East.
- Analyze market data to develop targeted sales strategies and identify potential business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to penetrate new markets and expand our client base.
- Identify and prioritize potential clients and partners within the healthcare industry, including hospitals, clinics, and medical institutions.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. Meeting and exceeding sales targets/revenue goals is what really motivates you.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development to ensure client satisfaction and drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of cultural nuances within the assigned territories.
- You will travel to assigned territories (+- 30%) as needed to meet with clients, attend meetings, and participate in industry events.
- Your profile- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare or medical software industry.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding into new markets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing business opportunities.
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages spoken in Eastern Europe and the Middle East is a plus.
