Wat je gaat doen
Als accountmanager ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor je eigen klantenportefeuille en zorg je voor de communicatie, analyses, relatiebeheer en verkoop.
Je bent hands-on en staat je team bij door vragen en klachten snel op te lossen. Daarnaast ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe kansen, bijvoorbeeld via beurzen en netwerkevents.
Je zorgt voor een strakke administratie van bezoekrapporten, budgetten en klantgegevens. Ook onderhandel je over contracten en prijzen, en organiseer je samen met klanten de MBR's en QBR's om zo een optimale samenwerking te garanderen.
Jouw vaardigheden & kennis
Je hebt een bachelordiploma op zak en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol. Commerciële skills? Die heb je volop Daarnaast spreek en schrijf je vloeiend Nederlands, Frans én Engels.
Je bent een communicatief talent en hands-on in je aanpak. Je schuwt niet om bestaande processen kritisch te bekijken en komt met vernieuwende ideeën waar je zelf graag het voortouw in neemt.
Je bent analytisch, flexibel en hebt oog voor detail. Bovendien ben je helemaal klaar om de leiding te pakken in de verschillende changetrajecten binnen de organisatie. Kennis van Office Tools en ervaring met CRM of andere salestools? Check
Opleidingen
Je hebt een bachelordiploma op zak en minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol.
