Junior Business Development Manager – Brussels – EV Charging - Hybrid – Up to €35k + Bonus Location: Hybrid (Brussels Office) Salary: Up to €35k + Bonus Languages Required: Bilingual in English and Dutch / French Role Overview If you are a recent graduate in business or sales development, this fast-growing company in the EV charging and smart energy sector is looking for an ambitious Junior Business Development Manager to drive growth across Belgium. The company is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Manager based in Brussels, with occasional travel to its European headquarters. This role supports partner-led sales growth and helps expand installer and wholesale networks across Belgium. Hybrid working: three days per week in the office. Key Responsibilities Generate new B2B and B2C leads through calls, emails, and field visits Manage direct consumer sales conversations and qualify inbound leads Support senior sales team on larger opportunities and maintain CRM pipeline Represent the company at partner meetings and industry events Gather customer and partner feedback to strengthen market presence Candidate Profile Essential Skills and Experience: Energetic, confident communicator comfortable with sales and outreach 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles (B2C exposure preferred) Fluent in French and Dutch with working English Interest in clean technology, energy, or mobility sectors Willing to travel regularly across Belgium Language Requirements: Native or bilingual proficiency in Dutch or French. Professional working proficiency in English.
