Since 2008, the company has expanded exponentially, opening 9 offices in France and abroad and becoming a reference in the market for industrial players. Today, we continue to cultivate a team spirit and a taste for challenge.We employ over 600 people and work with 150 clients in the energy, environment, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, agro-industry, IT, construction and other sectors.Our mission? Our mission is to ensure the success of our clients' projects by deploying our consultant engineers.After a successful initial development phase, we continue to consolidate our position as a key actor in the market. With this in mind, we are opening new offices in Brussels and are looking for a Junior Business Managers.THE MISSIONSAt NEO2, Junior Business Managers (M/F) are true entrepreneurs. You will learn how to build your business from the ground up.Their mission is to develop and manage their department, a sort of micro-company inside NEO2.Your tasks :Win over new clients by prospecting on the phone and in personExchange and identify your client's needs in terms of their industrial projects, requiring technical understanding.Find the talents of tomorrow, meet them and recruit them to join your team of engineering experts.Match the needs of your clients with the aspirations and skills of your engineering experts.Negotiate contracts with your clients (prices, payment terms, etc.).With the support of your coach, define your business development strategy: new markets/clients to conquer, new activities, etc.Manage a team of consultants (project management, career management, management of critical situations, etc.).During the learning process, you will receive a lot of support from your managers and peers:An integration week to learn the basics of the jobA coach will support you at every stage of your progression.Continued support : course videos, simulations, etc.PROFILE REQUIREMENTSYou have an entrepreneurial spirit and have completed 5 years of university education (engineering or business program). You do not necessarily have any previous experience of this kind, but you have a sales-driven mindset.You are looking for a career in the industrial field. You are eager to contribute to sustainable development alongside key industrial actors. You are able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders (company directors, engineering managers, technical department managers, procurement engineers, etc.).Fluent in English and French and, fully proficient in Dutch.
