Rejoignez SII en VIE et vivez une expérience humaine et technologique unique VOS MISSIONS : En tant que Financial Controller vous serez intégré(e) à l'équipe financière internationale et participerez au suivi opérationnel et à l'analyse des activités financières. Votre rôle sera organisé en deux volets principaux : CONTRÔLE FINANCIER Gestion des clotures Collecte, fiabilisation et analyse mensuelle et trimestrielle de l'activité (P&L) Elaboration et fiabilisation des Budgets annuels et trimestriels Analyses de performance et mise en place de mesures correctives (Activité, Facturation, Coût, Marge, Prévisions, Trésorerie) Synthèse et communication mensuelle des résultats à la Direction Coordination avec les équipes comptables du groupe et les équipes supports de la filiale (ADV, Paie, Business, IT,...) Analyses Analyse de la performance des entités et mise en place de mesures d'amélioration Suivi et contrôle du CA, FAE, FNP, marges, OPEX, CAPEX Réalisation d'audits de coûts des filiales Suivi du BFR, DSO, trésorerie et de l'endettement de la filiale CONTRÔLE OPERATIONNEL Amélioration continue Responsable de la fiabilité des données extra financières (ex. Suivi des effectifs) Production et amélioration des modèles de rapports financiers (résultats, prévisions, trésorerie) Elaboration de rapports et développement d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPIs) Responsable du suivi et du bon déploiement de nouveaux outils d'analyse (marges, performance), notamment via Power BI Contributions ad hoc Contribution aux projets transverses et aux initiatives d'amélioration de la zone internationale Participation dans des projets d'acquisition Participation à des audits ponctuels (P&L et Bilan) CE QUE VOUS AMENEZ À L'AVENTURE : Une formation Bac+5 (école de commerce ou master CCA ou DSCG) Une excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit Une première expérience en audit ou en controle de gestion Un sens prononcé de l'écoute et de l'organisation Du dynamisme, de la rigueur, de l'ambition et de la réactivité CE QUE CETTE AVENTURE DÉBLOQUE POUR VOUS : Une expérience internationale unique au cœur d'un environnement multiculturel Un tremplin pour évoluer rapidement L'intégration dans une équipe dynamique, bienveillante et certifiée Great Place To Work Prêt(e) à relever de nouveaux défis dans un environnement stimulant ?
