Dit wordt jouw uitdaging:
- Binnen onze operations afdeling is het Customer Operations Team een nieuwe afdeling die de coördinatie doet tussen onze operationele en commerciële afdelingen.
- Contact met onze klanten, verkopers en customer service over status van de bestellingen buiten de uren van customer service over OOS, niet-levering, extra bestellingen.
- Contact houden met chauffeurs onderweg.
- Opvolgen van extra ritten.
- Administratief opvolgen van de retours.
- Samenwerken met de warehouse supervisors.
- Flexibel meewerken op inkomende goederen.
- Je rapporteert aan de Customer Operations Teamleider.
Wat wij van jou verwachten?
- Je hebt een goede basis van de Microsoft programma's en bent leergierig om andere programma's te leren kennen.
- Je houdt van administratieve taken en werkt nauwkeurig.
- Je bent stressbestendig en klantvriendelijk en servicegericht.
- Je werkt graag samen met andere collega's in een open en positieve sfeer.
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands en een goede basis van het Frans.
