Job Title: PMO Manager Language: French, Dutch, and English Location: Brussels, Belgium Duration: 09/02/2026 - 31/12/2026 Full On-site position Job description: The PMO Manager is responsible for the development, optimization, and overall governance of PPM processes, methods, and tools. They oversee the consistent application of Prince2-based governance, enriched with agile and product-oriented practices, and support the adoption of a modern PPM tool. The role combines a strong strategic, operational, and change component with cross-functional responsibility for all projects, programs, and products. RESPONSIBILITIES PPM-portfoliogovernance Maintain an integrated and up-to-date overview of the portfolio of projects, programs and products. Facilitate selection, prioritization and capacity planning. Monitoring resources, budgets, risks, dependencies and performance indicators. Create reports and dashboards for management. Preparing and chairing meetings of various governance bodies. Methodology and standards Implement and further develop a PPM methodology based on Prince2, supplemented with Agile and Product Management practices. Define, maintain, and distribute templates, standards, and processes. Coaching project managers, product owners, and decentralized PMO teams. Structuring and animating the PPM community of practice. Support for the PPM program Support the program manager in the structuring, implementation and follow-up of the PPM program. Ensure structured and transparent reporting on progress, risks and decisions. Contribute to the dissemination of a shared PPM vision. Integrated resource management Develop a harmonized framework for capacity and resource management (business, IT, Data). Collaborate with HR, IT, and Data teams to align priorities, roadmaps, and capacity. Integrate resource management into the PPM tool. Change management and communication Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the change plan. Inform, raise awareness and mobilise stakeholders. Organize and facilitate workshops, workshops and information sessions. Problem solving and continuous improvement Proactively identify bottlenecks and critical dependencies. Propose pragmatic solutions and guide their implementation. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Knowledge transfer Ensure structured knowledge transfer to internal teams. Document best practices and ensure the sustainability of PPM governance. PROFILE & TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS Training & certifications Master. Prince2 Foundation required. Prince2 Practitioner and/or MoP is a plus. Experience Demonstrable experience in a role as PMO Manager or equivalent. Experience in complex organisations (> 1,500 employees). Experience with implementing PMOs and PPM tools. Technical skills Proficiency in Office Suite & Power BI. Experience with PPM tools and their implementation. Hybrid governance (Prince2 + Agile). Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Knowledge of product management (roadmaps, backlog, product lifecycle). Data-driven reporting (KPI's, Power BI). Insight into IT and data processes. Basic knowledge of budget monitoring. Excellent communication skills in French and Dutch. Behavioral competencies Inspirational and transversal leadership. Results and change orientation. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work transversally and in a team.
