Voor onze divisie Health & Medical zijn we op zoek naar een Senior Activation Manager wond en incontinentie om ons Marketing Team te komen versterken. In deze rol werk je voor de merken TENA, Cutimed en Leukoplast.
Over de functie
Als Senior Activation Manager wond en incontinentie maak je deel uit van het Benelux marketingteam en rapporteer je aan de Marketing Manager. Binnen het Benelux team hebben de Activation Managers een lokale rol en je zult je dan ook richten op de Belgische markt.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het activatieplan van de merken in lijn met de merkstrategie, het jaarlijkse marketingplan en draagt bij aan de opbouw van onze merken en ons marktaandeel. De Activation Manager coördineert en realiseert campagnes en activaties voor onze merken en weet als geen ander ideeën tot leven te brengen. Ook beslis je over de mediamix. Je fungeert als het primaire marketingaanspreekpunt voor de Belgische salesorganisatie. Je werkt nauw samen met de Digital Marketing Activation Manager en Brand Managers.
In de rol rapporteren een Activation Manager Orthopedie & Compressie en Marketing coördinator aan je. Onderdeel van de rol is het managen en ontwikkelen van je team. Tevens ben je een belangrijke sparringspartner voor de Marketing Manager
Je bedenkt en voert activatieplannen uit in lijn met de strategie die is uitgezet door de Brand Managers (BMs) over verschillende merken en kanalen.
Je wordt gebrieft door lokale BMs over de doelstellingen van marketingplannen, aanbevolen touchpoints en A&P budget (advertising & promotion).
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, uitvoeren en opvolgen van mediaplannen en KPI’s.
Samen met de BM’s ben je verantwoordelijk voor de A&P-allocatie en stuurt bij indien nodig.
Je bent expert in B2B en B2C marketing.
Je biedt inzichten in kanalen en klanten aan lokale BMs.
Je werkt nauw samen met sales met betrekking tot marketingactiviteiten en de uitvoering daarvan bij klanten.
Je stimuleert en optimaliseert, samen met sales, een volledige digitale funnelbenadering.
Je ondersteunt sales bij het opzetten van (nieuwe) klantprogramma’s en hebt een ondersteunende rol bij de voorbereiding van congressen en symposia.
Je schakelt met onze studio voor het uitwerken van campagnes.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het managen en ontwikkeling van je team.
Wie ben jij?
Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-WO opleiding
Vloeiend in het Nederlands, goede kennis van de Franse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
Minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring
Communicatief vaardig
Analytisch en sterk in plannen en organiseren
Conceptueel kunnen denken
Flexibel, gedreven, pro-actief, teamplayer, klantgericht en energiek
Ervaring in de gezondheidszorg is een pre
