Wat we belangrijk vinden?Respectvoor de diversiteit en eigenheid van mensen,initiatief durven nemenen uitdagingen alséén teamaanpakken. We zijn fier op wat wesamen bereiken. Onderhouden van contacten met bestaande accountants. Actief prospecteren en uitbreiden van relaties met nieuwe en onbekende accountants en andere partners. Versterken en uitbouwen van de omzetportefeuille van bestaande en nieuwe accountants. Geven van informatie aan accountants, starters en ondernemers. Deelnemen aan interne en externe netwerkevents en communicatie naar doelgroepen (belangengroepen, scholen, vormingscentra,…) verzorgen. Ervaring in Sales, bij voorkeur in een HR-omgeving. Goede onderhandelingstechnieken en presentatievaardigheden. Gezonde commerciële ingesteldheid en klantgerichtheid. Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans. Hier ben jij onze grootste troef. Je krijgt de ruimte om op jouw unieke manier je stempel te drukken in hr. En dat in een team waar iedereen er 100% samen voor gaat. Uiteraard kan je op heel wat meer rekenen: Dankzij gerichte opleidingen kan je groeien in je job en investeren we samen in je professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen). Een bedrijfswagen en nationale laadkaart behoren ook tot jouw pakket. Je ontvangt een vergoeding voor jouw woon-werk verkeer. Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken met een forfaitaire thuiswerkvergoeding van €120 netto/maand. Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis. We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspa...
